It is created at the Ministry of Defence, at the airbase 942, an automated processing of personal data, called "Management of equipment, supplies and requests for work", implemented by the command and whose purpose is the management of equipment, supplies and requests for work.
The personal data categories recorded are those relating to:
- identity (name);
- professional life (grade, function, unit, email, telephone number);
- data relating to trade relationship (location, workshop code, product [code, type], quantity).
The retention period of the recorded personal data is limited to a maximum of 10 years.
The recipients of recorded personal data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
- the command of technical support;
- the squadron of information and communication systems;
– the squadron of support for technical supplies.
The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.
The rights of access and rectification provided to Articles 39 et seq. of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above exercised with the commander of the airbase 942, BP 100, 69998 Lyon Armées.
The commander of the airbase 942 is responsible for the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
