Vu la Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 modified on computers, files and freedoms;
Vu le Decree No. 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005, modified by Decree No. 2007-451 of 25 March 2007, taken for application Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 related to computing, files and freedoms;
Vu le Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 bearing delegation of signature of members of the Government;
Having regard to the receipt of the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms dated 11 February 2008 bearing number 1262044,

It is created in the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Arming, an automated personal data processing called "TECA Licensing Management" implemented by the management of weapons systems and whose purpose is the management of TECA's authorizations.

The personal data categories recorded are those relating to:
- identity (name, name, date and place of birth);
― to work life (grade, assignment agency, occupied position);
― Enabling (inmate enabling category, decision reference, expiry date, TECA category granted and termination date).
The retention period of personal data thus recorded is not more than five years.

The recipients of recorded personal data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
― the directions and services of the Ministry of Defence (general delegation for arms and minister's office);
– the Office of the Atomic Energy Commissioner.

The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.

The rights of access and rectification provided to Articles 39 et seq. of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above with the management of arms systems, management unit NBC, 4 bis, rue de la Porte-d'Issy, 75509 Paris Cedex 15.

The Director of Weapons Systems is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
