Considering Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005, as amended by Decree No 2007-451 of 25 March 2007, adopted in implementation of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms;
Considering Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 on delegation of signature of the members of the Government;
Given the receipt of the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés dated 11 February 2008 on the number 1262044,

It is established in the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Armaments, automated processing of personal data as' management TECA clearances "implemented by the management of weapons systems whose purpose is the management of TECA clearances.

Recorded personal data categories are those relating to:
- Identity (full name, date and place of birth);
- To professional life (grade, placement agency, post held);
- The clearances (Enabling category held, referring to the decision, end date of validity, category TECA granted and end date of validity).
The retention period of personal data recorded is more than five years.

The recipients of recorded personal data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
- The directorates and departments of the Ministry of Defence (General Delegation for Armaments and the minister's office);
- The Commission for Atomic Energy.

The right of objection under section 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above can not be relied on in connection with this treatment.

The rights of access and correction provided for in Articles 39 and following of the law of 6 January 1978 referred to above shall be exercised with the management of weapons systems, management unit NBC, 4 bis, rue de la Porte -d'Issy, 75509 Paris Cedex 15.
