Order of April 14, 2008 amending the amended decision of January 2, 1992 fixing the amount of the supervisory allowance awarded to certain hospital civil service officers

The Minister of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service and the Secretary of State for the Public Service,
Vu la Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 92-4 of 2 January 1992 amended awarding a supervisory allowance to certain hospital public officials,

The monthly amount of the supervisory award awarded to the socio-educational frameworks referred to in 11° of Article 1 of the decree of 2 January 1992 referred to above is set at 76,22 €.

The Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization at the Ministry of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
