Summary
This Act authorizes the ratification of the Convention relating to the accession of the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic to the Convention on the Elimination of Double Taxation in the event of a correction of the profits of associated companies, signed in Brussels and signed in 2004.

The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:
Single article.
Is authorized to ratify the Convention relating to the accession of the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic to the Convention on the Elimination of Double Taxation in the event of a correction of the profits of associated companies, signed in Brussels (2)
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
