Notice relating to the extension of an agreement entered into under the national collective agreement on the mechanical work of wood, sawmills, trade and import of wood (sector of the brush industry)

In application of theArticle L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister of Labour, Social Relations and Solidarity envisages taking an order to make mandatory, for all employers and employees entering its scope, the provisions of the following agreement.
The text of this agreement can be consulted in the departmental direction of work, employment and vocational training.
Within 15 days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to communicate their comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Labour, Social Relations and Solidarity (DGT, office RT2), 39-43, quai André-Citroën, 75902 Paris Cedex 15.
Agreement whose extension is envisaged:
Agreement of 31 October 2007.
Deposit:
General Directorate of Labour, Ministry of Labour, Social Relations and Solidarity.
Subject:
Point value, minimum wage and seniority premium.
Signatories:
French Federation of Brushes;
Trade union organizations of interested employees associated with CFDT, CGT-FO and CFE-CGC.
