The Order of December 22, 2005 setting out the comprehensive multi-year funding plan for public health institutions and private health institutions referred to in (b) and (c) of section L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code is repealed effective January 1, 2008.
The Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization, the Director of Social Security and the Director General of Public Accounts are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
