Order of 5 December 2007 setting the model for the presentation of the multi-year funding plan for public health institutions and private health institutions referred to in b and c of Article L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code

Article 1

The format for the presentation of the multi-year funding plan is set out in the annex attached to this Order effective fiscal year 2008.

Article 2

The Order of December 22, 2005 setting out the comprehensive multi-year funding plan for public health institutions and private health institutions referred to in (b) and (c) of section L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code is repealed effective January 1, 2008.

Article 3

The Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization, the Director of Social Security and the Director General of Public Accounts are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
