The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:
Is authorized to ratify the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, adopted in New York on 15 November 2000 and signed by France on 12 December 2000, and annexed to this Law (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
