In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Considering Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000 on the development and reduction of working time in the public service of the State;
Having regard to the decision of 21 January 2002 on the application of the provisions of articles 5, 9 and 10 of Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000 on the development and reduction of working time in the public service of the State to the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in service to the central administration and in diplomatic missions located in the French territory;
In view of the advice of the first departmental technical committee dated 21 November 2001,
Decrete:
Agents of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs assigned to the central administration or to diplomatic missions located in the French territory shall be paid, not subject to a pension allowance, in respect of the charges set out in the aforementioned decision of 21 January 2002.
The remuneration of the deductions provided for in this article shall be exclusive to the benefit of any other hourly compensation or compensation set out in the same title.
The officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs referred to in Article 1 of this Order shall be paid, not subject to a pension, for interventions made during the periods of stay referred to in Article 1 of this Order.
The travel time is included in the intervention time.
The remuneration of the interventions provided for in this article shall be exclusive to any other compensation or hourly compensation set out in the same title.
Compensation for services and interventions provided for in this Order may not be granted to employees who benefit from a housing concession by absolute necessity of service or by service utility or a new indiciary bonus for higher responsibility functions.
The rates of pay for the offences and the interventions set out in sections 1 and 2 of this Order are set by joint order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Public Service and State Reform.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Public Service and State Reform are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and comes into force on January 1, 2002.
