Judgment of December 20, 2004 to reorganize accounting positions for deccented Treasury services

In view of the amended Decree No. 62-1587 of 29 December 1962 on the General Regulation on Public Accounts;
In light of amended Decree No. 95-869 of 2 August 1995, setting out the special status of the staff of category A of the Public Treasury;
On the report of the Director General of Public Accounts,

Article 1

The treasury of Chalamont is grouped on that of Meximieux (Ain).

Article 2

The accounting and financial management of the communes of Bénonces, Briord, Groslée, Innimond, Lhuis, Lompnas, Marchamp, Montagnieu, Ordonnaz, Seillonaz and Serrières-de-Briord currently entrusted to the Accountant of the Treasury of Lhuis is transferred to the Accountant of the Treasury of Lagnieu (Ain).

Article 3

The recovery of tax roles of taxpayers with their domicile or residence in the communes referred to in section 2 currently entrusted to the Accountant of the Treasury of the Lhuis Cash is transferred to the Accountant of the Treasury of Lagnieu (Ain).

Article 4

The accounting and financial management of the municipality of Saint-Benoît currently entrusted to the Accountant of the Treasury of Lhuis is transferred to the Accountant of the Treasury of Belley (Ain).

Article 5

The recovery of tax roles of taxpayers with their domicile or residence in the municipality referred to in section 4 and whose recovery is after the date fixed in the last section of this Order is entrusted to the Accountant of the Treasury of Belley (Ain).

Article 6

The recovery of the tax roles of taxpayers with their domicile or residence in the municipality referred to in section 4 and whose recovery occurred before the date set out in the last section of this Order is entrusted to the Accountant of the Treasury of Lagnieu (Ain).

Article 7

Cash from Chalamont and Lhuis is removed.

Article 8

The classification of accounting posts reorganized under the preceding sections will be determined by a decision of the Director General of Public Accounts.

Article 9

The Director General of Public Accounts is responsible for the execution of this Order, effective 1 January 2005 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
