On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Land Management, Tourism and the Sea,
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-1538 of 24 December 2002 on the dissolution of the Public Development Institution of the new town of Cergy-Pontoise;
The State Council (section of public works) heard,
Decrete:
In the first paragraph of Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 24 December 2002, the words "two years" are replaced by the words "three years".
Article 5 of the above-mentioned Decree of 24 December 2002 is replaced by the following provisions:
“Art. 5. - Before the end of the liquidation period, a joint decree of the ministers responsible for urban planning, finance and interior may provide for the transfer, on a date and under the conditions it sets, of assets and liabilities as well as of the rights and obligations of the establishment to the State or to one of its public institutions involved in the area of development, including the Land and Technical Agency of the Paris region. »
The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Land Management, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
