Considering the social security code, including article D. 645-2;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of the National Health Insurance Fund of Employees dated 23 November 2004;
Considering the referral letter from the National Union of Health Insurance Funds Board dated November 26, 2004,
Decrete:
At the 1st of section D. 645-2 of the Social Security Code, the words: "under fiscal year 2003" are replaced by the words: "under fiscal year 2004".
The Minister of Solidarity, Health and the Family, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform, spokesperson for the Government, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
