Decree of 27 December 2002 on civil volunteerism of social cohesion and solidarity

Minister of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, Seal Guard, Minister of Justice, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Defence, Minister of Youth, National Education and Research, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development, Minister of Health, Minister of Health, Minister of Agriculture
Considering the national service code, including articles L. 111-2 and L. 111-3;
In view of Decree No. 2000-1159 of 30 November 2000 on the application of the provisions of the National Service Code on Civil Volunteering,
Stop:

Article 1


The activities in which civil volunteerism of social cohesion and solidarity is carried out include:
- prevention and control of exclusions;
- assists and accompanies people experiencing difficulties due to their age, disability or health;
- prevention, education, public health information;
- participation in actions carried out within the framework of the city's policy;
- actions to promote social inclusion and integration of immigrant or immigrant populations;
- prevention and social reintegration of offenders;
- mediation and conciliation;
- humanitarian actions and actions in favour of human rights, education for citizenship and the fight against all forms of discrimination;
- risk prevention, community support during disasters and emergency learning;
- actions in the areas of youth, popular education, sports and leisure;
- actions in the fields of education and artistic and cultural mediation;
- actions to combat desertification in the countryside;
- environmental development;
- agricultural and forestry development;
- protection and promotion of national historical heritage.

Article 2


The Director General of the Administration and the Director of the Civil Defence and Security in the Ministry of the Interior, of the Internal Security and of the Local Freedoms, the Director General of the Social Action, the Director of the General Administration and the Modernization of the Services and the Director of the General Administration, the staff and the budget, the interdepartmental delegate to social innovation and the social economy
