Having regard to the decision of 6 December 1995 on the application of the last paragraph of Article D. 242-6-6 and Article D. 242-6-10 of the Social Security Code;
Having regard to the decision of 18 December 2003 setting the majorations referred to in Article D. 242-6-4 of the Social Security Code for 2004;
Considering the opinion of the Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases Board of 4 December 2003,
Stop it!
The collective rates referred to in sections D. 242-6-6, D. 242-6-14 to D. 242-6-16 and D. 242-6-18 of the Social Security Code are fixed, for the risks mentioned in the above-mentioned decision of 17 October 1995, by the rates annexed to this Order.
For professional activities covered by the Order of 6 December 1995 relating to the application of Article D. 242-6-10 of the Social Security Code, the net contribution rate in the rates annexed to this Order is followed by the letters TC.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which takes effect on the first day of the calendar quarter following its publication in the Official Journal of the French Republic and applies to remuneration paid from the date of effect so determined.
