Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 concerning the joint organization of the wine market and the regulations made for its application;
Considering the general tax code;
Considering the Customs Code;
Considering the rural code;
Considering the code of consumption;
Considering Decree No. 991 of 3 April 1942 implementing the law of 3 April 1942 on appellations controlled, supplemented by Decree No. 48-707 of 21 April 1948 on appellations of origin controlled;
Considering the decree of 24 December 1985 modified defining the conditions of production of wines with controlled label of origin “ Corbières”;
Considering Decree No. 93-1067 of 10 September 1993 on the yield of vineyards producing wines with controlled label of origin, as amended by Decree No. 99-279 of 12 April 1999;
Considering Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 implementing the code of consumption with regard to wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueur wines;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-1163 of 7 December 2001 concerning the analytical and organoleptic examinations of wines with controlled label of origin;
Considering the proposal of the national committee of wines and brandies of the National Institute of the labels of origin of 5 and 6 June 2002,
Decrete:
Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 24 December 1985 is replaced by the following provisions:
“Art. 3. - To be entitled to the controlled label of origin "Corbières, the wines must be derived from harvests harvested in the production area delimited by plots or parts of plots as approved by the national committee of the wines and brandies of the National Institute of the labels of origin, during its sessions of September 11 and 12, 1985, of November 5 and 6, 1985 and of June 5 and 6, The delimitation plans are deposited at the Town Hall of interested municipalities. »
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform and the Secretary of State for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts, Professionals and Consumer Affairs are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
