Order of 20 December 2005 to establish a revenue and advance authority with the territorial delegation Picardy of the Northern Civil Aviation Directorate (budget annex)

In view of the Order of November 29, 2005 empowering the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea to establish revenue and advance authorities with services under the General Directorate of Civil Aviation,

  • PART I: RECETTES Article 1


    It is established in Beauvais-Tillé (Oise) with the territorial delegation Picardie of the Civil Aviation Directorate North is a revenue authority for the receipts listed in section 1 of the above-mentioned Order of November 29, 2005, and in particular:
    - fees and fees for the issuance and renewal of aeronautical securities;
    - royalties of any kind collected on aerodromes (landing, parking, marking and shelter payments);
    - proceeds from the sale of documents, publications and services to third parties;
    - fees for examinations;
    - reimbursement by trainees of accommodation expenses.

    Article 2


    The maximum allowable amount of cash is set at 1000 euros (1 000 EUR).

  • PART II: ARRANGEMENTS Article 3


    In Beauvais-Tillé, Oise, the local delegation Picardie of the Northern Civil Aviation Directorate is established a set of advances for the payment of the expenses listed below:
    - equipment and operating expenses;
    - the remuneration of staff paid on an hourly basis or on a vacation, including the related expenses, provided that such remuneration does not fall within the scope of Decree No. 65-845 of 4 October 1965;
    - mission and internship costs, including advances on these costs;
    - for foreign operations, any other expenses necessary for the proper operation of the service located abroad under conditions that will be provided by interdepartmental order.

    Article 4


    The maximum advance to be granted to the regulator is six thousand eight cents euros (6,800 EUR).

  • PART III: COMMON PROVISIONS Article 5


    This Order comes into force on 1 January 2006.

    Article 6


    The Director General of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
