Considering the deliberation of 18 September 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Mutuelle de l'agglomération Moulinoise (MAM) ;
Considering the deliberation of 20 September 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Mutual Workers of Vichy;
Considering the deliberation of 19 September 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Mutuelle 03-22;
Considering the deliberation of 19 September 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the mutual Les Travailleurs d'Hérisson ;
Considering the deliberation of 22 September 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Mutuelle du Veurdre;
Considering the deliberation of 19 September 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Mutuelle des anciens verreries de Souvigny;
Considering the deliberation of 26 September 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Bourbonnais Mutuals;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 12 October 2002 inviting creditors of the mutual funds concerned to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Having regard to the solvency certificate of 4 November 2002 issued by the Commission for the Control of Mutuals and Provident Institutions;
Considering the supporting parts, including the merger treaties and reports of the Merger Commissioners,
Stop:

Article 1

Is approved the merger with the transfers, under the conditions set out in article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with their rights and obligations, of the portfolios of newsletters to join regulations and contracts of the Mutuelle de l'agglomération milloise (MAM), of the mutual Les Travailleurs de Vichy, de la Mutuelle 03-22, of the mutual Les Travailleurs d'Hér

Article 2

The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
