Summary

Act 88-16 established, in favour of conventional liberal doctors, a mechanism for early cessation of activity (MICA). This mechanism allows older physicians who permanently cease their non-salarie medical activity to receive, on their application, an allowance to guarantee, at the latest until their sixty-fifth anniversary, the date of collection of pension benefits, a replacement income. This replacement allowance (ADR) with a cap amount is funded by a partial contribution to the health insurance system. Amendment of Artile 6 of the above-mentioned Decree 97-379.
