The director of the French Institute in Taipei is instituted secondary ordering the financial operations of the French State executed in Taiwan, with the exception of those for which a special secondary ordering authority is established.
As a secondary official, the director of the French Institute in Taipei has the ability to delegate his signature to the officials of the various French services in accordance with the accounting regulations of the services concerned.
The Director General of Administration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Director General of Public Accounts at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will take effect on 1 January 2004 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
