Order of 16 December 2002 approving transfers of portfolios of membership bulletins to regulations and mutual contracts

Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and Minister of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities,
Considering the code of mutuality, including article L. 212-11;
Given the requests submitted by the Mutuelle de la Nièvre, whose head office is in Nevers, 8, rue Creuse, la Mutuelle d'Eure-et-Loir, whose head office is in Lucé (28114), 6, rue Saint-Georges-sur-Eure, and the Mutuelle du Loiret, whose head office is in Orléans, 16, rue des Grands-Champs, for approval
Considering the deliberation of 1 June 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Mutuelle de la Nièvre;
Considering the deliberation of 7 June 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Mutuelle d'Eure-et-Loir;
Considering the deliberation of 14 June 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Loiret Mutuelle;
Considering the deliberation of 14 June 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the union of mutuals Sphéria Val de France;
Having regard to the notice published in the Official Journal of 28 August 2002 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the solvency certificate of 5 September 2002 issued by the Commission for the Control of Mutuals and Provident Institutions;
Given supporting parts, including portfolio transfer agreements,
Stop:

Article 1

The transfers, under the conditions set out in Article L. 212-11 of the Code of Mutuality, with their rights and obligations, of all the portfolios of bulletins of accession to regulations and contracts of the Mutuelle de la Nièvre, the Mutuelle d'Eure-et-Loir and the Mutuelle du Loiret at the union of mutuals Sphéria Val de France.

Article 2

The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
