Considering the deliberation of 20 June 2005 of the General Assembly of the Mutual Group Family Link MAVI;
Considering the deliberation of 23 May 2005 of the General Assembly of the Mutual LMRA Radiance;
Considering the deliberation of 20 June 2005 of the General Assembly of the mutual Rhone-Alpes Mutuelle;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 12 August 2005 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Having regard to the solvency certificate of 9 December 2005 issued by the insurance, mutual funds and insurance institutions;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty,

It is approved, as of January 1, 2006, the merger involving the transfer, under the conditions provided for in article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with its rights and obligations, of their portfolios of newsletters of accession to the regulations and contracts of the mutual Group Family Link MAVI dite Radiance and the mutual LMRA Radiance for the benefit of the mutual Rhone-Alpes Mutuelle dite Radiance Rhône-Alpes.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
