In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 on hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system, together the texts that have completed or amended it;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-1215 of 26 September 2005 on common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of administrative officers and certain similar bodies;
In view of Decree No. 2006-1643 of 20 December 2006 on statutory provisions relating to the body of administrative officers of the Ministry of Culture and Communication;
Considering the opinion of the Supreme Council of the Public Service of the State dated 3 July 2006,
Decrete:
The tables annexed to the above-mentioned Decree of 10 July 1948 are amended in accordance with that annexed to this Decree.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, the Minister of Culture and Communications and the Minister Delegate for Budget and State Reform, the spokesperson for the Government, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
