Decree of 12 December 2003 setting out the provision for the proceeds under the year 2003 of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code, the final distribution for the year 2002 of the product of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code and the regularization for the fiscal year 2002 of the management fees referred to in Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code.

Considering articles L. 651-1 to L. 651-9 of the Social Security Code,
Stop:

Article 1


The proceeds for the year 2003 of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code shall be distributed on an interim basis as of 22 December 2003 under the following conditions:
1. National Health Insurance Fund for Non-Agricultural Workers (CANAM) - EUR 420,000
2. Caisse nationale de l'Organisation autonome d'assurance vieuxsse des travailleurs non-emplois des professions industriels et commerciales (ORGANIC), pour le régime de base 140 000 000 EUR
3. Caisse nationale de l'organisation autonome d'assurance vieuxsse des travailleurs non employés des professions artisanales (CANCAVA) 81,000 000 EUR

Article 2


The product for the year 2002 of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code is permanently distributed to the beneficiary regimes under the following conditions:

The apurations of the social contribution of solidarity on societies for the year 2002 referred to in the table above are also implemented on 22 December 2003 and are deducted from the instalments referred to in Article 1 of this Order.

Article 3


The amount of management fees for the collection of the social contribution of solidarity for the year 2002 is set at EUR 12,355,165.64. In view of the deposit paid in 2002, it is subject to a regulation of EUR 3,355,165.64 paid on 22 December 2003 to the National Fund of the Autonomous Organization of Old Age Insurance for Non-employed Workers in Industrial and Commercial Professions (ORGANIC).

Article 4


The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities and the Director of Budget at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
