In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 90-712 of 1 August 1990 on common statutory provisions applicable to administrative bodies;
Having regard to Decree No. 90-713 of 1 August 1990 on the common statutory provisions applicable to administrative assistant bodies;
In view of Decree No. 90-717 of 1 August 1990 amending Decree No. 70-251 of 21 March 1970 on the common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of car drivers and garage managers;
Having regard to Decree No. 94-1016 of 18 November 1994 establishing the common statutory provisions applicable to various bodies of category B officials;
Considering Decree No. 2006-260 of 6 March 2006 establishing the Strategic Analysis Centre;
Considering the advice of the Ministerial Joint Technical Committee dated 8 June 2006;
The State Council (Financial Division) heard, Decrete:
Officials from the bodies of administrative secretaries, administrative assistants, motorists and administrative officers of the Strategic Analysis Centre, placed in one of the positions provided for in section 32 of the Act of 11 January 1984, are integrated, on the date of entry into force of this Order, respectively in the bodies with the common status of administrative secretaries of central administration, administrative assistants, drivers
Interested individuals are reclassified to their new grade and level identity with retention of acquired seniority. The services performed in their original body are assimilated to services performed in the integration body.
Employees detached from the bodies of the Strategic Analysis Centre are kept in a detachment position in the Prime Minister's units until the normal end of their detachment.
The representatives of the parity administrative commissions of the bodies of administrative secretaries, administrative assistants, motorists and administrative officers of the Strategic Analysis Centre shall be held in office and shall meet in joint training until the renewal of the administrative commissions of the bodies of administrative secretaries of central administration, administrative assistants, automobile drivers and administrative agents of the services of the Prime Minister, which shall take place within a time limit
Decree No. 59-575 of 24 April 1959 concerning the special status of certain officials of the Office of the Commissioner-General of the Plan is repealed.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service and the Minister for Budget and State Reform, the spokesperson for the Government, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
