Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea dated November 27, 2006, is authorized under the year 2007 to open a competition on professional tests for the recruitment of primary controllers of public works of the State in the fields:
- landscaping and infrastructure;
- river, marine and port infrastructure;
- lighthouses and tags and maritime security.
The registration is closed on 12 January 2007.
The date of the written examination is 8 March 2007.
The number of places offered will be subject to a subsequent order which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

(b) For people who do not live in Paris (75), at a departmental management of equipment (DDE);
(c) For people living in Paris (75), at the regional management of equipment in Ile-de-France (DREIF) (training and competition office), 21-23, rue Miollis, 75732 Paris Cedex 15.
2. The registration records are obtained exclusively, in accordance with the instructions contained in the notice corresponding to the contest requested:
(a) For all without distinction of place of residence, by intranet download (MTETM agents) at the following address:
http://intra.dgpa.i2/rubrique.php3?id entry=45, or on the internet at www.equipement.gouv.fr/recruitment. In both cases, refer to the "removal of records" column in the appropriate table, to the line corresponding to the contest requested.
(b) For people who do not live in Paris (75), by mail or visit, at the DDE of the department of residence;
(c) For people living in Paris (75), by mail or visit, at the regional management of equipment in Ile-de-France (DREIF), (training and competition office), 21-23, rue Miollis, 75732 Paris Cedex 15. To receive a file by mail, attach an envelope to the request in the format of 22.9 x 32.1 cm, to the name and address of the applicant and to the applicable tariff. Otherwise, no records will be sent.
3. For all candidates, applications for registration will be required on the forms specifically established for each competition by the DGPA/RCF2 Office of the General Administration and Staff.
Registration records accompanied by the required documents will be exclusively entrusted to postal services in a timely manner so that the shipment envelope addressed to the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea, DGPA/RCF2 will present the date of obliteration by Friday, January 12, 2007 (the stamp of the position being shown).
Any file in an envelope bearing a post cachet after January 12, 2007 or after that date in an envelope bearing no post stamp will be refused.
Note. - Registration can also be done on the internet.
The registration teleprocedure is available on the website of the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea at www.equipement.gouv.fr.
The date of entry on the Internet is Friday, January 12, 2007, at midnight, registration closing date.
Until that date of registration, candidates already registered by the internet can modify the data of their file with their name and a personal code assigned to them when they are registered by teleprocedure.
Any modification must be the subject of a new validation that is made via the internet.
In the event of a failure to register by teleprocedure, candidates retain the possibility to register by filing the printed record prepared for this purpose by the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea.
