In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Having regard to Decree No. 88-1015 of 28 October 1988 establishing the inter-ministerial delegation to the city and to urban social development;
Having regard to the decree of 22 July 1998 appointing the inter-ministerial delegate to the city and to urban social development;
Having regard to the decree of 30 March appointing the Prime Minister;
Considering Decree No. 2004-318 of 8 April 2004 on the powers of the Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion;
Having regard to Decree No. 2004-1205 of 15 November 2004 on delegated powers to the Minister for Housing and the City;
In view of the Decree of 29 November 2004 on the composition of the Government,
Decrete:
Permanent delegation is given to Ms.Claude Brevan, an interdepartmental delegate to the city and urban social development, to the effect of signing, within the limits of her powers and on behalf of the Minister Delegate for Housing and the City, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions, excluding decrees.
In the event of Ms.Brevan's absence or incapacity, the delegation provided for in Article 1 shall, within the limits of her powers, be vested in Mr.Robert Deville, Secretary-General.
In the event of the absence or simultaneous incapacitation of Ms.Bervan and Mr.Deville, the delegation provided for in Article 1 is devolved, within the limits of her powers, to Mr.Jean-Michel Voinot, Assistant Secretary-General.
The Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion and the Minister Delegate for Housing and the City are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
