Considering the amended Decree No. 50-444 of 20 April 1950 on the financing of agricultural social insurance, in particular articles 2 and 5;
In view of the amended Decree No. 54-1229 of 6 December 1954 concerning the operation and financing of the agricultural social insurance regime applicable in the departments of Upper Rhine, Lower Rhine and Moselle, including articles 5 and 6;
In light of amended Decree No. 73-523 of 8 June 1973 setting out the modalities for calculating the contribution of the compulsory insurance scheme for agricultural workers against occupational accidents and diseases;
In view of Decree No. 73-802 of 9 August 1973 on the recovery of insurance contributions from workers in agriculture against occupational accidents and diseases;
In view of the amended Decree No. 76-1282 of 29 December 1976 on the collection by the agricultural social mutuality funds of seated contributions on wages;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees dated 12 November 2003;
Considering the referral of the Board of Directors of the National Pension Insurance Fund for Employees dated 24 October 2003;
Considering the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Family Allowance Fund dated 18 November 2003;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the Central Agency of Social Security Agencies dated 31 October 2003;
Considering the referral of the Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases Commission dated 24 October 2003;
Considering the opinion of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee of 24 October 2003;
Having regard to the advice of the organizations signatories to the collective agreement of 14 March 1947 of 22 October 2003,
Decrete:
The contributions due within the limits of the social security ceiling are, subject to the application of the provisions of the 1st of Article R. 243-6 of the Social Security Code, the last paragraph of Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 29 December 1976 and the annual regularization, calculated at each pay term up to the following amounts:
EUR 7,428 if the remuneration or gains are paid per quarter;
EUR 2,476 if pay or earnings are paid per month;
1 238 EUR if the remuneration or gains are paid by fifteen;
571 EUR if remuneration or earnings are paid per week;
114 EUR if remuneration or gains are paid per day;
EUR 15 if pay or earnings are paid per hour for a working period of less than five hours,
for pay or gains paid from January 1 to December 31, 2004.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Health, the Family and Persons with Disabilities, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
