In view of the amended Decree No. 90-989 of 6 November 1990 on the attribution of the new indiciary bonus to certain hospital public service personnel;
In view of Decree No. 92-112 of 3 February 1992 on the new indiciary bonus attached to jobs occupied by certain staff of the hospital public service, as amended by Decree No. 94-139 of 14 February 1994 and No. 2001-979 of 25 October 2001;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 93-92 of 19 January 1993 on the new indiciary bonus attached to jobs occupied by certain hospital public service personnel;
Considering Decree No. 94-139 of 14 February 1994 on the conditions for the implementation of the new indiciary bonus in the hospital public service;
In light of amended Decree No. 94-140 of 14 February 1994, amending certain provisions relating to the new indiciary bonus and assigning the new indiciary bonus to certain hospital public service personnel;
In view of Decree No. 94-782 of 1 September 1994 on the attribution of the new indiciary bonus to certain hospital public service personnel, as amended by Decree No. 2002-777 of 2 May 2002;
In view of Decree No. 96-92 of 31 January 1996 amending certain provisions relating to the new indiciary bonus and assigning the new indiciary bonus to certain staff of the public hospital service, as amended by Decrees No. 2002-341 of 12 March 2002 and No. 2002-777 of 2 May 2002;
In view of Decree No. 97-120 of 5 February 1997 on the attribution of the new indiciary bonus to some hospital public service personnel, as amended by Decrees No. 2001-979 of 25 October 2001 and No. 2002-777 of 2 May 2002;
In view of Decree No. 2001-979 of 25 October 2001 on the attribution of the new indiciary bonus to certain staff of the public hospital service and amending Decree No. 92-112 of 3 February 1992, Decree No. 94-140 of 14 February 1994 and Decree No. 97-120 of 5 February 1997 on the new indiciary bonus;
In view of Decree No. 2002-777 of 2 May 2002 amending certain provisions relating to the new indiciary bonus to certain hospital civil service personnel;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1490 of 20 December 2002 establishing the status of the nursing and technicians of the military hospitals,
Decrete:
A new indiciary bonus which is taken into account and subject to assessment for the calculation of the pension is paid monthly, on account of their duties, to the nursing and technicians of the hospitals of the armies appointed in one of the grades or occupying one of the jobs determined by the decrees of 6 November 1990, 3 February 1992, 19 January 1993, 14 February 1994, 1 September 1994, 31 January 1996, 5 February 1997, 25 October 2001 and
This new indiciary bonus, also perceived by the engaged military personnel attached to the various corps of nursing and technicians in the hospitals of the armed forces, is paid under the same conditions as those established for the members of the civil hospital corps.
Amended Decree No. 97-155 of 14 February 1997 on the attribution of the new indiciary bonus to certain nursing and technicians in the military hospitals is repealed.
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management, and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
