In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1393 of 22 November 2002 on conditions of appointment and advancement in the employment of technical civil aviation officials;
In light of Decree No. 2003-445 of 16 May 2003 on compensation for officials of the technical bodies of air navigation detached in the employment of technical officials of civil aviation,
Decrete:
In Article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of May 16, 2003, the words: "named to non-category jobs" are replaced by the words: "with the exception of the technical award whose level is fixed by order".
The Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Land Management, Tourism and the Sea, the Minister of Public Service and State Reform, the Secretary of State for Budget and Budget Reform, and the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree published in January and for the implementation of the decree published in the French Republic.
