Judgment of 19 November 2004 setting for 2004 the amount of the contribution of the Agricultural Social Mutuality to the anticipated cessation of activity of asbestos workers

Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Health and Social Welfare and Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Having regard to amended section 41 of Act No. 98-1194 of 23 December 1998 on social security financing for 1999;
In light of amended Decree No. 99-247 of 29 March 1999 on the allowance for early termination of activity under section 41 of the Social Security Financing Act, 1999,
Stop:

Article 1


The amount of the contribution, as set out in the III of section 41 of the above-mentioned Act of 23 December 1998, from the occupational injury and illness of the agricultural wage system to the asbestos workers' early termination fund is set for 2004 to EUR 100,000.

Article 2


The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, the Budget Director at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Director General of the Forest and Rural Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
