Having regard to the opinions of 19 May 1998, 25 November 1998, 8 July 1999, 30 November 1999, 28 March 2000, 29 June 2000 and 6 December 2000 of the Specialized Commission on Occupational Diseases of the Higher Council for Occupational Risk Prevention;
Having regard to the opinion of the Board of Occupational Accidents and Diseases of the National Health Insurance Fund of Employee Workers dated 30 April 2003;
The State Council (Social Section) heard,
Decrete:
In the table of occupational diseases No. 10 on ulcerations and dermatitis caused by chromic acid, chromeates and alkaline bichromates, zinc chromate and chrome sulphate, annexed to Book IV of the Social Security Code, the words: "limitative list of work" are replaced by the words: "indicative list of major work".
In the right-hand column of Table No. 66 bis on hypersensitivity pneumopathies annexed to Book IV of the Social Security Code, the word "tetrachlorohydrophthalic" is replaced by the word "tetrachlorophthalic" and after the word "hexahydrophthalic" is added the word "himic".
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
