In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Order No. 58-596 of 6 August 1958 relating to the special status of staff in the external services of the prison administration;
In view of Decree No. 2002-725 of 30 April 2002 on the employment status of Regional Director and Functional Director of Prison Services;
In light of Decree No. 2002-728 of 30 April 2002 on the hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of staff placed under special status of the decicent services of the prison administration,
Decrete:
Within the limits of the appropriations for this purpose, a position allowance shall be paid to the employee appointed director of the National School of Prison Administration.
The annual average amount of the duty allowance provided for in section 1 is determined by a joint order of the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management and the Minister for Budget and Budget Reform.
The amount of individual assignments can be modified between - 30% and + 30% of the annual average amount depending on how to serve.
The award of the duties allowance is exclusive of any other allowance awarded in the same title.
The Minister of Justice, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management, and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
