LOI No. 2006-1407 of 17 November 2006 authorizing the approval of the agreement between the Government of the French Republic, the Government of the Kingdom of Norway and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the common ownership of a submarine rescue system (1)

The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article

The approval of the agreement between the Government of the French Republic, the Government of the Kingdom of Norway and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the common ownership of a submarine rescue system, signed on 9 December 2003 in Brussels, and the text of which is annexed to this Act (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
