In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 93-540 of 27 March 1993, setting out the modalities for retribution of personnel of historical monuments and areas belonging to the State, participating in the organization of demonstrations for the benefit of third parties;
In view of Decree No. 95-462 of 26 April 1995 on the status of the National Monuments Centre, as amended by Decree No. 2000-357 of 21 April 2000 and Decree No. 2001-389 of 3 May 2001;
In view of Decree No. 2004-683 of 9 July 2004 on the public establishment of the City of Architecture and Heritage for the application of Article L. 142-1 of the Heritage Code;
In view of Decree No. 2005-703 of 24 June 2005 on the public establishment of the Chambord national domain, as amended by Decree No. 2006-655 of 2 June 2006,
Decrete:
The above-mentioned decree of 27 March 1993 is amended in accordance with articles 2 to 4 of this decree.
In Article 2, the words: "in the direction of heritage and of the National Fund of Historical Monuments and Sites" are replaced by the words: "in the direction of architecture and heritage, the National Monuments Centre or a public institution that manages a historical monument or an area belonging to the State".
Section 4 is amended as follows:
I. - The words: "on the product of a convention between the National Fund for Historical Monuments and Sites and the natural or legal person concerned" are replaced by the words: "on the product provided by a convention between the National Monuments Centre and the natural or legal person concerned".
II. - A second paragraph is added:
"When the historic monument or the area in which the operation takes place has the quality of public establishment, the agreement is passed between the latter and the natural or legal person concerned. »
In Article 5, the words: "at the National Historic Monuments and Sites Fund" are replaced by the words: "at the National Monuments Centre or the public establishment that manages the historical monument or the national domain".
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, the Minister of Culture and Communications and the Minister Delegate for Budget and State Reform, the spokesperson for the Government, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
