Order of 28 October 2002 amending the Order of 29 October 2001 appointing to the special commission of secret basic nuclear facilities

By order of the Prime Minister of 28 October 2002, the Order of 29 October 2001 appointing secret base nuclear facilities to the special commission is amended as follows:


I. - 2° As representatives
Minister of Defence


Replace the licensees:
"Mr. Roy (Philippe), Admiral, Inspector General of the Armed Forces";
"Mr. Dechavanne (Daniel), counter-Admiral, responsible for nuclear and environmental affairs at the Navy Headquarters";
"Mr. Véron (Alain), Brigadier General, Sub-Chief Materials Programs at the Air Force Staff";
"Mr. Burger (Georges), Comptroller General of the Armed Forces, Chief of Inspection of Environmental Protection Facilities of the General Control Inspection Unit,"
respectively:
"Mr. Béreau (Alain) Admiral, Inspector General of the Armed Forces";
"Mr. Camaret (Yves), Captain of Ship, assigned to the Marine Staff";
"Mr. Rayssac (Jean-Pierre), Brigadier General, Sub-Chief Materials Programs at the Air Force Staff";
"Mr. Labarthe (Jean-Paul), Armies Comptroller, Chief of the Inspection of Facilities Classified for the Protection of the Environment of the General Control Inspection Unit."
Replace alternates:
"Mr. Azais (Antoine), Captain of Ship, Deputy Chief of the Nuclear Forces Division of the Military Staff";
"Mr. Riou (Jean), ship captain, chief of the nuclear affairs office environment, hygiene, safety and working conditions at the Navy headquarters";

II. - At 4° As representatives of the Minister
workload


Replace the alternate: "Mrs. Oubbadia (Estelle), who is responsible for the study of the office of health protection in the workplace of the sub-direction of the working conditions and the prevention of the risks of the work of the management of labour relations" by: "Mr. Bergot (Dominique), a radiation protection engineer, responsible for the protection against physical risks in the direction of labour relations".


III. - On the 9th grade
in the nuclear field


After the words: "Mr. de Gliniasty", add: "(Michel)".
Replace: "Mr. Geeraert (Michel), counter-Admiral, atomic engineering engineer" by: "Mr. Dechavanne (Daniel), counter-Admiral, responsible for nuclear affairs and the environment at the Navy headquarters."
The above-mentioned members shall be appointed for the remainder of the term of office of their predecessors.
