Judgment of 27 October 2004 authorizing for the year 2005 the opening of an exceptional competition for the recruitment of prefecture administrative assistants of the Ministry of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms

By order of the Minister of Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms and of the Minister of Public Service and State Reform dated 27 October 2004, regardless of the recruitments made pursuant to Decree No. 90-713 of 1 August 1990, is authorized for the year 2005 to open an exceptional competition for the recruitment of prefecture administrative assistants, the number of posts offered will be stopped later.
This exceptional competition is open to prefecture administrative agents active, detachment or parental leave at the time of the trial and which justify at least 10 years of public service as of January 1, 2005.
Applications may be withdrawn and returned until November 30, 2004 inclusive, a term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held). The file, based on the prefecture-provided regulatory document, must be returned by post only to the prefecture staff office where the candidates perform their duties or perform them before being placed in the detachment or parental leave position.
File withdrawal:

This file will include:
- the individual participation card;
- a timbrated self-adhesive envelope labeled at the address where the candidate wishes to receive the acknowledgement of receipt.
Any incomplete, misreported or unsigned file will be rejected.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates authorized to compete will be subject to orders from the Minister of Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms.
The date of the written admission test is 3 February 2005.

Ajaccio, Amiens, Angers, Annecy, Bastia, Besançon, Bordeaux, Bourges, Caen, Châlons-en-Champagne, Clermont-Ferrand, Créteil, Digne, Dijon, Grenoble, Lille, Limoges, Lyon, Marseille, Metz, Montauban, Montpellier, Nancy, Nantes, Nice, Orléans, Pau, Perpignan, Poitiers
For the DOM and TOM:
Basse-Terre, Cayenne, Dzaoudzi, Fort-de-France, Mata-Utu, Nouméa, Papeete, Saint-Denis-de-la-Réunion, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
The above-listed centres are open only if their creation is justified by a sufficient number of candidates.
