Judgment of 17 October 2005 setting out the list of trade union organizations capable of appointing representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Public Institution for the Mastery of Cultural Works and the number of seats allocated to each of them

Minister of Culture and Communications,
In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, including its article 15;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 on the technical committees of parity, including article 11, paragraph 2;
In view of Decree No. 98-387 of 19 May 1998 establishing the Public Institution for the Mastery of Cultural Works;
Having regard to the amended decision of 14 November 2003 on the Joint Technical Committees of the Ministry of Culture;
In view of the decision of 30 August 2005 organizing an electoral consultation at the Public Institution for the Mastery of Cultural Works,
Stop it!

Article 1


The list of trade union organizations capable of appointing representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Public Institution for the Mastery of Cultural Works and the number of seats of holders and alternates assigned to each of them are set out in the table below:

Article 2


The trade union organizations listed in Article 1 shall have a period of fifteen days from the date of publication of this Order to designate their incumbent and alternate representatives.

Article 3


The President of the Public Institution for the Master of Cultural Works is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
