Order of 5 October 2006 approving the merger involving a transfer of portfolios of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of contingency institutions

Minister of Health and Solidarity,
In view of the social security code, including title III of Book IX;
In view of the requests submitted by the institutions of foresight Capricel Forwardance, whose head office is in Paris (75116), 7, rue de Magdebourg, Caisse de prévoyance Haussmann, whose head office is in Paris (75008), 64 bis, rue de Monceau, IRPELEC Forwardance, whose head office is in Paris (75116), 7, rue de Magdebourg, and Le Vigan
In view of the deliberation of 22 June 2006 of the extraordinary general assembly of the agency foreseeance Caisse de prévoyance Haussmann;
Considering the deliberation of June 23, 2006 of the General Assembly of the IRPELEC Provident Institution;
In view of the deliberation of 27 June 2006 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Capricel Prevance Institution;
Considering the deliberation of 28 June 2006 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Planning Institution Le Vigan Prévoyance;
In view of the deliberation of 29 June 2006 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Prevunion Provident Institution;
Having regard to the notice published in the Official Journal of 4 August 2006 inviting creditors of the relevant contingency institutions to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the opinion of 26 September 2006 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Authority;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty and the report of the Merger Commissioner,
Stop it!

Article 1


As of January 1, 2006, the merger of the Capricel Forecasting Institutions, the Haussmann Forecasting Fund, IRPELEC Foreseeance and Le Vigan Foreseeance, as well as the transfer, under the conditions provided for in Article L. 931-16 of the Social Security Code, with their rights and obligations, of the entire portfolio of the Nova Forecasting Bulletins to Regulations and

Article 2


The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
