The notice of competitive examination for the recruitment of observation or counting officers for the decuncted services of the General Directorate of Taxes, published in the Official Gazette of 29 June 2003, is supplemented as follows:
“II. - Number of positions offered
The total number of positions offered at the competitions opened by the June 17, 2003 order for the recruitment, for the year 2003, of observation officers or counts of the deccented services of the General Tax Directorate is set at 360.
These posts are distributed as follows:
1. National competitive examination
External competition (as provided for in Article 3-1 of Decree No. 50-213 of 6 February 1950 amended): 162 positions.
Internal competition (as provided for in article 3-2 of the aforementioned decree): 18 positions.
105 positions will also be offered to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and 15 positions for disabled workers.
2. National regional competitive examination
External competition (as provided for in Article 3-1 of Decree No. 50-213 of 6 February 1950 amended): 162 positions.
Internal competition (as provided for in article 3-2 of the aforementioned decree): 18 positions.
105 positions will also be offered to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and 15 positions for disabled workers.
Positions not filled by the beneficiaries of the reserved employment legislation will be postponed on the contractual path, for all jobs offered to workers with disabilities and for 6% of jobs offered to beneficiaries of the Military Disability Pension Code and war victims.
Non-contracted positions will be added to the jobs to be filled through competition. »
