Summary

The civilian air traffic controllers "test-receipt" ensure the safety of test flights of civilian and military aircraft prototypes during the various stages of their design and development. In addition, they are responsible for reception flights prior to the entry into service of both civilian and military aircraft. In order to compensate for specific hardships related to the duties performed and the highly specialized skills held by these officers, a special liability allowance is awarded to them pursuant to amended Decree 69-765 of 30 July 1969. To give greater flexibility to this compensation scheme, it is proposed to set a single annual average amount of compensation by interdepartmental order. In addition, to take into account the nature of the duties performed, the responsibilities assumed and the hardships of each recipient, the individual responsibilities are determined by a decision of the Minister in charge of defence within two of the annual average amount. Art replacement. 2 of Decree 69-765 of 30-07-1969. Entry into force: 01-01-2002.
