Under Section II (1°) of Article 16 of Decree No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001 amended, bearing particular status of the body of directors of health and social institutions of the public hospital service for the year 2007: category A officials of the public hospital service.
Under Section II (2°) of Article 16 of Decree No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001 amended, bearing particular status of the body of directors of health and social institutions of the public hospital service for the year 2007: category A officials of the public service of the State and of the public service of the territory.
As of 1 January 2007, staff members are required to be over 35 years of age and under 50 years of age and to provide for eight years of actual service in category A.
The proposed number of entries is as follows:
- under Article 16 of the Decree of 28 December 2001 amended: 5 posts;
- under Article 16 (2) of the above-mentioned decree: 2 posts.
Candidates have a three-week deadline to apply as of the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette (the stamp of the position in question), by sending to the Ministry of Health and Solidarity, the direction of hospitalization and the organization of care (room P 3), 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP (telephone: 01-40-56-50-15 or 01-40-56-74-23), the following file:
- a letter of application referring to the notice in the Official Journal expressing the applicant's motivation to access the functions of health and social institution director;
- a résumé accompanied by a photo;
- one of the civil service statements as a category official issued by their administration;
- a copy of the last indiciary decision;
- the indiciary grid of the original body.
In addition, the appointing authority will be vested in the appointing authority to:
- its reasoned opinion on the suitability of the individual to occupy a normal class job of the management staff of health and social institutions;
- the grades and ratings on how to serve candidates for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006 or the last three years in their possession.
Candidates who are beneficiaries of the external tour who are serving in a departmental management of health and social affairs may not be appointed for their first position in a health and social institution located in the same department as the one in which they have performed or held their duties over the past five years. They will also not be able to perform in an institution in a department where they held their previous duties during the five years following their appointment.
