Notice on the establishment of the fitness lists provided for by Orders in Council No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001, No. 2006-898 of 18 July 2006 and No. 2006-900 of 18 July 2006 on the special status of the body of directors of social and medico-social institutions of the public hospital service for the year 2007

Can request their registration on the normal class suitability list:
Under Section II (1°) of Article 16 of Decree No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001 amended, bearing the special status of the body of directors of social and medico-social institutions of the public hospital service: category A officials of the public hospital service.
Under Section II (2°) of Article 16 of Decree No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001 amended, bearing particular status of the body of directors of social and mediocial institutions of the public hospital service: category A officials of the public service of the State and the local public service.
As of 1 January 2007, staff members are required to be over 35 years of age and under 50 years of age and to provide for eight years of actual service in category A.
The proposed number of entries is as follows:
- under Article 16 of the Decree of 28 December 2001 amended: 4 posts;
- under Article 16 (2) of the above-mentioned decree: 1 post.
Candidates have a three-week deadline to apply as of the date of publication of this notice in the Official Journal (the stamp of the position in question), by sending, by way of hierarchy, to the Ministry of Health and Solidarity, direction of hospitalization and organisation of care (room P 3), 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris Cedex (telephone: 01-40-56-7469)
- a letter of application referring to the opinion published in the Official Journal expressing the applicant's motivation to access the functions of social and medico-social institution director;
- a résumé accompanied by a photo;
- a statement of civilian service as a category official issued by their administration;
- a copy of the last indiciary decision;
- the indiciary grid of the original body.
In addition, the appointing authority will be vested in the appointing authority to:
- its reasoned opinion on the suitability of the individual to occupy a normal class job of the management staff of social and psychosocial institutions;
- the grades and ratings on how to serve candidates for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006 or the last three years in their possession.
