In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;

The professional examination of access to the Department of Justice's primary attack rank includes a single oral test. It is organized under the conditions set out in the present order.
A Seal Custody Order, Minister of Justice, sets out the number of positions open for professional examination, the closing date of registration, the date of the examination and the registration procedure.
Any file received without delay will be rejected.
In the course of the year in which the schedule of progress is drawn up, the conditions set out in sections 23 and 29 of the decree of 26 September 2005 referred to above shall be admitted to participate in the oral examination of selection.
The oral test consists of a thirty-minute conversation with the jury. This conversation, as a starting point, has a maximum of ten minutes on the functions that the candidate has performed as an attacker or as an employee in a body, employment framework or class employment A or the same level and, where applicable, since its recruitment as non-titles on a category A or level of employment.
The conversation includes:
(a) On matters arising from the duties of the department, administration or establishment to which the candidate is active or on a seconded service;
(b) On questions raised by the jury to allow an assessment of the candidate's personality and administrative knowledge.
This interview must verify the candidate's ability to exercise the expected new responsibilities, including his or her ability to lead a team, his or her sense of organization, his or her spirit of synthesis and his or her quality of expression.
The jury, appointed by order of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice, includes a State Advisor or a member of the Court of Auditors, President, one or two representatives of the Directorate of Prison Administration, one or two representatives of the Directorate of Judicial Protection of Youth, one or two representatives of the Directorate of General Administration and Equipment and one or two members of another administration, civil administrator or equivalent. The jury may form groups of examiners.
In the event of equal sharing of votes, the president's voice is preponderant.
The decision designates the member of the jury who may replace the president in the event that the president is unable to continue his mission.
The jury alphabetically sets out the list of successful candidates.
The rating obtained by each candidate shall be communicated to the appointing authority which shall inform the competent parity administrative board.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
