Considering the opinion of the High Health Authority of 6 June 2007;
Considering the advice of the Board of the National Health Insurance Fund of Employees dated 13 June 2007;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of the National Health Insurance Union dated 19 July 2007;
The State Council (Social Section) heard,
Decrete:
In chapter III of title II of Book III of the Social Security Code, an article R. 323-11-1 was created as follows:
"Art. R. 323-11-1. - The practitioner indicates on the work stop:
- either the outputs are not allowed;
- either they are. In this case, the insured person must remain present at his home from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., except for medical care or examinations. However, the practitioner may, by derogation from this provision, authorize free exits. In this case, it deals with the work order the medical elements justifying it. »
The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister of Health, Youth and Sports are responsible for the execution of this Order in Council, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
