Having regard to the order of 10 July 1816 bearing the statutes of the French Academy;
Having regard to Order No. 45-55 of 13 January 1945 relating to the Mazarine Library at the Institut de France;
In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, including its article 15;
Having regard to the decree of January 17, 1888, amended bylawing the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences;
Having regard to the decree of 11 July 1922 on the general regulation of the Institute of France, as amended by Decree No. 53-1133 of 16 November 1953;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 concerning the technical committees of parity;
Having regard to the decree of 27 July 1987 amended to approve the statutes of the Academy of Sciences;
In view of Decree No. 98-457 of 8 June 1998 approving the statutes of the Academy of Fine Arts;
In view of Decree No. 99-14 of 11 January 1999 approving the statutes of the Academy of Registrations and Beautiful Letters;
Having regard to the decision of November 16, 1961 on the rules of financial administration and accounting of the domain of Chantilly,
Stop:
A central technical committee shall be established to:
- the chancellor of the Institut de France;
- the perpetual secretary of the French Academy;
- of the perpetual secretary of the Academy of Registrations and Beautiful Letters;
- perpetual secretaries of the Academy of Sciences;
- the perpetual secretary of the Academy of Fine Arts;
- and the perpetual secretary of the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences.
Each of these committees is familiar with, for all the services placed under the authority of the Chancellor and each of the perpetual secretaries, the issues set out in Title III of the above-mentioned Decree of 28 May 1982.
Central Joint Technical Committees include administrative and personnel-holder representatives and an equal number of alternates.
The composition of the Central Joint Technical Committees is contained in annex A to the present decision.
The representatives of the administration are appointed respectively by the Chancellor of the Institut de France and by the permanent secretaries. They are appointed under the conditions provided for in Article 7 of the above-mentioned Decree of 28 May 1982.
Staff representatives are freely appointed by trade union organizations, respectively among the staff of the Institute and among the staff of the academies, each with respect to it and under the conditions provided for in Articles 8 and 11 of the above-mentioned Decree of 28 May 1982.
The committees are chaired respectively by the Chancellor of the Institute of France or his representative and by the perpetual secretary of the academy concerned or his representative. Representatives are designated in accordance with Article 18 of the above-mentioned Decree of 28 May 1982.
A special technical committee shall be established to:
- Director of the Mazarine Library;
- from the administrator of the domain of Chantilly.
Each of these committees, for all the services placed under the authority of the director of the Mazarine Library and the administrator of the Chantilly Area, is aware of the issues set out in title III of the decree of May 28, 1982 referred to above.
Each special parity technical committee includes representatives who hold the administration and representatives who hold the staff, as well as an equal number of alternates.
The composition of the ad hoc technical committees is contained in annex B to the present decision.
The representatives of the administration are designated respectively among the staff of the Mazarine Library and among the staff of the Chantilly area. They are appointed under the conditions provided for in Article 7 of the above-mentioned Decree of 28 May 1982.
Staff representatives are freely appointed by trade union organizations under the conditions provided for in Articles 8 and 11 of the aforementioned Decree of 28 May 1982.
These committees are chaired respectively by the director of the Mazarine Library and the administrator of the Chantilly domain.
The chancellor of the Institut de France, the perpetual secretaries, the director of the Mazarine library and the administrator of the domain of Chantilly are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
