In view of the decision of January 26, 2001 concerning the approval of a decision taken by the interprofessional committee of Champagne wines, Stop:
The provisions of Decision V.2.2000 adopted on September 4, 2000 as part of the Inter-Professional Committee on Champagne Wine, annexed to the above-mentioned decision of January 26, 2001, are approved and made mandatory for the 2001/2002 campaign for harvesters, cooperatives and traders installed in delimited wine Champagne.
The wines belonging to natural or juridical persons who have not signed a declaration of harvest in the 2001 harvest and the wines belonging to the harvesters who have undergone a reduction of their surface in production (excluding harvesting) between the 2000 harvest and the 2001 harvest. For the latter, the release of the qualitative reserve is proportional to the surface reduction.
Harvesters who have not reached the yield of 11,000 kg of grapes at the hectare during the 2001 harvest can benefit, on individual demand, from the release of the qualitative reserve to the maximum, with the quantity harvested at the 2001 harvest and the quantities released from the qualitative reserve, this yield of 11,000 kg of grapes at the hectare.
The Director of Economic and International Policy, the Director General of Competition, Consumption and Suppression of Frauds and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
