Decree No. 2007-1335 of 10 September 2007 amending Decree No. 2000-1178 of 4 December 2000 establishing the central administration of the Ministry of Defence

President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defence,
In view of Decree No. 87-389 of 15 June 1987 on the organization of central administration services;
In view of the amended Decree No. 2000-1178 of 4 December 2000 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Defence;
The State Council (Finance Section) heard,
Decrete:

The 4th I of Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 4 December 2000 is replaced by the following provisions:
« 4° The Air Force Staff, which the Chief of Staff of the Air Force has. In addition, the following organizations are responsible for:
(a) The human resources management of the air force;
(b) The central direction of the integrated operational maintenance structure of the Department of Defence aircraft equipment;
(c) The headquarters of the General Administration and Finance Department of the Air Force. »

The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2008.

The Prime Minister, the Minister of Defence and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
