Judgment of September 3, 2004 authorizing the opening of a reserved competition for access to the body of specialized educators of the national institutes of deaf youth and the National Institute of the Blind Youth (Women and Men) organized pursuant to Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of January 3, 2001 on the resorption of precarious employment and the modernization of recruitment in the public service as well as

By order of the Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion, the Minister of Health and Social Welfare, the Minister of Public Service and State Reform, the Minister of the Family and Children, and the Minister of Parity and Professional Equality, dated September 3, 2004, is authorized under the 2004 year to open a competition reserved for access to the body of the blind youth institutes
The number of positions offered at this competition will be determined later.
The written eligibility test will take place from Thursday, November 4, 2004 in the following centres:
Métropole : Ajaccio, Amiens, Besançon, Bordeaux, Caen, Châlons-en-Champagne, Clermond-Ferrand, Dijon, Lille, Limoges, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nancy, Nantes, Orléans, Paris, Poitiers, Rennes, Rouen, Strasbourg and Toulouse ;
Region, overseas departments and local authorities: Meeting, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, Nouvelle-Calédonie, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
Examination centres may be created or deleted depending on the number and location of registered applications.
Oral admission tests will take place in Paris.
Applicants will be required to provide, for oral admission examinations, a maximum two-page curriculum vitae to the recruitment office within 10 days from the date of deliberation regarding eligibility.
The application file must be sent by the candidate and only by post, no later than Monday, October 4, 2004 (the stamp of the position being authentic), to the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion, Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, Ministry of Family and Children, Ministry of Gender and Professional Equality (DAGPB, Office of Recruitment [SRH2C Garcia, at the attention of Paris
This file must include:
An application for admission to participate in the registration form issued to this effect by the departments of the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion, the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, the Ministry of Family and Children and the Ministry of Gender and Professional Equality. The option chosen by the candidate for the second oral examination of admission must be specified (Article 9 of the order of 10 February 2003, Official Journal of 18 February 2003).

A statement of service performed, duly targeted by the staff service to which the candidate is present;
The photocopy of the required titles or diplomas of candidates for the external access examination to the body of specialized educators of the national institutes of deaf youth and the National Institute of blind youth;
Where applicable, an application for recognition of the professional experience in equivalence of the required qualifications or qualifications, constituted pursuant to Decree No. 2001-834 of 12 September 2001.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates admitted to compete will be subject to orders from the Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion, the Minister of Health and Social Welfare, the Minister of Family and Children and the Minister of Parity and Professional Equality.
