Considering the application by the Mutuelle de France-Châlons, whose head office is in Châlons-en-Champagne (51000), 63 rue Léon-Bourgeois, and the Mutuelle de la construction, whose head office is in Reims (51100), 39, rue Hincmar, for the approval of the transfer, by way of fusion-absorption, with its rights and obligations,
Considering the deliberation of 1 December 2005 of the General Assembly of the Mutuelle de France-Châlons;
Considering the deliberation of 1 December 2005 of the General Assembly of the Mutual of Construction;
Considering the deliberation of 3 December 2005 of the General Assembly of the Mutuelle de France;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 25 April 2006 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the solvency certificate of 5 July 2006 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Control Authority;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty,

As of July 1, 2005, the merger with the transfer, under the conditions set out in article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with its rights and obligations, of their portfolio of bulletins of accession to regulations and contracts of the Mutuelle de France-Châlons and the Mutuelle de la construction to the benefit of the Mutuelle de France.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
