Considering the rural code;
In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 91-921 of 12 September 1991 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the management jobs of public agricultural education and vocational training institutions;
Considering Decree No. 93-522 of 26 March 1993 on the conditions for the implementation of the new indiciary bonus in the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 97-361 of 11 April 1997 establishing a new indiciary bonus for certain management staff of public agricultural technical education institutions;
In light of the advice of the Ministerial Joint Technical Committee dated 9 July 2003,
Decrete:
In the title of the decree of 11 April 1997 referred to above and in article 1 of the same decree, the words: "technical agricultural education" are replaced by the words: "education and vocational training agricultural".
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 11 April 1997 is supplemented by the following provisions:
"Management staff who provide permanent management to a number of public agricultural education and vocational training institutions benefit from the new indiciary bonus for the best-class establishment of them. »
The Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service and State Reform, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Secretary of State for Budget and Budget Reform, and the Secretary of State for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, will be responsible, each in the matter of this year, for the execution of the French decree,
