Professional competitive examination notice for the year 2007 for access to the rank of outstanding administrative secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service

The management of the staff and the adaptation of the professional environment will organize a professional competition for access to the rank of exceptional administrative secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service, for the year 2007.


I. - Admission requirements


This competition is open to regular-class administrative secretaries who have reached at least the 7th level of their rank as of December 31, 2007, as well as to senior administrative secretaries.


II. - Number of posts to be filled


The number of posts to be filled is 37.


III. - Test dates and locations


The written proof of eligibility will take place on Tuesday 16 October 2007 in Paris and Nantes.
The oral admission test will take place in Paris from 27 November 2007.


IV. - Deadline for registration


The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the cachet of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competition sector of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment is fixed on Thursday, September 20, 2007 until 6 p.m. (metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position in question) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions sector of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment is fixed on Thursday, September 27, 2007 until 6 p.m. (metropole time), deadline of rigor. No internal shipment by Teledoc will be accepted.
Applicants may register:
- either by teleprocedure:
- on the internet at the following address: http ://www.minefi.gouv.fr, section "You are an individual", sub-rubric "competitions and trades", "insert yourself to a contest", "DPMA competition";
- on intranet: Alizé, "training/concours" menu, "competitions", "registrations" "Teleprocedures registration forms to the contests opened by the DPMA", "access to registration".
The procedure takes place in two phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a registration number and a confidential code communicated to the candidate by post and a confirmation phase of the pre-registration using this number.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the registration data until the closing deadline. Any modification must be the subject of a new confirmation; the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered only valid.
Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, the pre-registration of the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection;

Requests for registration must be made on forms issued to this effect by the staff management and the adaptation of the professional environment.
Any file posted out of time will not be considered.
